Amanda Ayshford MNAEA

Amanda has been working in Estate Agency, handling the sale of Residential property in the Torbay area since 1990 and is also well known for working at an Independent Estate Agent in Preston, Paignton for a number of years. She has extensive experience and knowledge of the local area.

She is enthusiastic and brings a fresh approach to the estate agency business, and is also a member of Propertymark with a NFOPP Level 3 Qualification in the Sale of Residential Property.

Amanda was born and raised in Paignton and has lived in the Preston and Paignton area her whole life, and is still living in Preston with her husband Jeff and their two sons, Brandon and Aaron. She enjoys time with her family, and going for walks with their dogs Millie and Poppy.

Aaron Ayshford ANAEA

Aaron joined Amanda Ayshford Estate Agents in 2022 as a Junior Estate Agent, where he is continuing to learn all aspects of the job. Aaron is now an associate of Propertymark, now having achieved his Level 2 Qualification in the Sale of Residential Property with a DISTINCTION grade.

He has won the 'Apprentice of the Year' award at the Propertymark Qualifications 2023 in December 2023, WITHIN THE WHOLE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM!

He enjoys learning all aspects of the job, particularly going out to see the different types of property that come onto the market and the social media and marketing side of the business. Aaron is keen to work alongside Amanda and assist in continuing to grow the business and provide an exceptional service to their customers.

Aaron has always lived in Preston, Paignton with his family, and so already has a good knowledge of the area and has a keen interest in keeping tropical fish.
